Brennan Heart
Brennan Heart is a Dutch DJ and producer known for his influential role in hardstyle. With hits like Imaginary and Lose My Mind, he manages to combine emotion and energy. His music inspires fans worldwide through positive messages about perseverance, passion, and connection.
JEA
JEA is an up-and-coming DJ and former professional dancer. After recovering from glandular fever and a breast cancer diagnosis, she found a new balance between strength and vulnerability. She shares candidly how she learned to let go, feel, and stay true to herself — even in a world full of pressure and expectations.
Armin van Buuren
Armin van Buuren is one of the most influential DJs in the world. Behind his global success, he openly shares his search for balance, pressure, and mental health in the music industry. His story shows that self-care, vulnerability, and connection are just as important as achievement and recognition.
Simon Keizer
After loss, trauma, and fame, Simon discovered that true strength lies in feeling, not in carrying on numbly. His theater program Ruimte is about healing, vulnerability, and meaning. “Thoughts are not facts,” he says. “What you see depends on the lens through which you look — in art and in life.”
Ruben de Ronde
Ruben de Ronde is living the dream of many young musicians. As a DJ and producer, he performs on the biggest stages in the world, from Tomorrowland to Ultra. Yet, behind the success lies a mental struggle that many artists recognize. “One moment you are playing for 15,000 people, the next moment you are sitting alone in a hotel room. You go from an enormous rush to silence — and you have to learn to bear that contrast.”
Ferry Corsten
For Ferry Corsten, mental health is about staying true to yourself, without the pressure of social media or fear of judgment. “You have to do what you love, not live for likes,” he says. He sees rejections as moments of growth: “After 25 ‘no’s, there will eventually be a ‘yes’.” Music is his therapy — a place to process emotions and find peace. “We all make mistakes. Don’t be ashamed, talk about it. No one has to do it alone.”
Imanuelle Grieves
After a turbulent period filled with pressure to perform, panic attacks, and a public fall at Tomorrowland, Imanuelle found peace and structure during his detention. His ADHD diagnosis helped him understand how his brain works. Now he shares his story to show young people that honesty, asking for help, and resilience are the key to starting over.
Butterfly & Merlin Kamerling
Merlijn (1998) and Vlinder (2005) Kamerling are the children of Antonie Kamerling and Isa Hoes. Merlijn is a writer and entrepreneur, and Vlinder is an entrepreneur and student. Together, they started the lifestyle brand Limitless with an important message: more attention to mental health and making it a topic of discussion. Their father passed away when they were still children.
Elise van der Horst
Elise (1982) is a singer and television presenter. Until she was 14, she sang with 'Kinderen voor kinderen'.
She developed from a shy girl into a self-assured performer who made singing her profession and anchor.
Patrick van de Jagt
“No matter how deep the hole you have dug for yourself, how hopeless life may sometimes seem, or how many teeth you still have in your mouth — everyone can learn to love themselves again. Self-love is not a luxury, it is survival. And as long as you breathe, there is always a new chance to get up, grow, and start over.” — Patrick van der Jagt
