This includes a personal guided tour of the portraits and the story of why and how the Mental Health Art Tour came into being, by Tamara Swart, the initiator. Mindful Art Experience

The Mental Health Art Experience is designed to make a positive contribution to the conversation about mental health. By taking the workshop, we inspire participants to develop further and connect with themselves and with each other. The emphasis of the workshop lies on full awareness and the adaptability of the human being. Participants learn these skills through artistic assignments combined with a mindfulness session and a meditation video.
