Mind your Mind Exhibition
The Mind Your Mind Edition is a touring exhibition that uses art and storytelling to open up mental health for young people. Well-known DJs such as Armin van Buuren, BRENNAN HEART, Ruben de Ronde, and Ferry Corsten candidly share their personal experiences with pressure, adversity, and recovery. Each portrait tells a story in itself. Via a QR code, visitors can listen to their audio stories and discover practical tips to stay mentally fit. The exhibition connects art, music, and technology and travels to festivals, schools, and cultural venues — places where young people gather and recognize themselves.
Armin van Buuren
Armin van Buuren is one of the most influential DJs in the world. Behind his global success, he openly shares his search for balance, pressure, and mental health in the music industry. His story shows that self-care, vulnerability, and connection are just as important as achievement and recognition.
We use art and stories to make mental health a topic of discussion.

The MIND YOUR MIND Edition is a traveling exhibition that uses art and storytelling to make mental health a topic of discussion for young people. Together with partners such as the Municipality of Rotterdam and A State of Trance (ASOT), we create portraits of well-known DJs, such as Armin van Buuren, Ruben de Ronde, and Ferry Corsten, who share their personal stories about mental health. Each portrait contains a QR code that leads young people to audio stories and practical resources. Thanks to this unique combination of art, music, and technology, we reach young people at festivals, in clubs, and via social media—places where they feel connected.
Why the dance industry?
The dance industry attracts millions of young people worldwide and offers a unique entry point to discuss mental health in a relatable and accessible way. This also applies to boys, a target group that is often difficult to reach when it comes to mental health. By having DJs and artists candidly share their own struggles, we create recognition and encourage young people to talk about their mental well-being themselves.
We are launching the entire collection during ADE 2025.

Are you coming to look at the
Mental Health Art Tour?
De Mental Health Art Tour is een reizende expositie die nu te zien en ervaren is op de Jan van Galenstraat en de Amstel. In samenwerking met Gemeente Amsterdam en Vitaliteit bij WPI.
This project encourages the creation of “silence & recharge zones” in public spaces and raises awareness among clients.
During a busy workday, it is important to create a moment of rest for your employees in a quiet setting. The idea is that in this spot, you will not be distracted by other people's conversations. It serves as a place to read quietly, take a power nap or silence exercise, or work on a laptop. During such a moment, your employees can recharge and find the space to work on their health and personal development.
For these positions, we make materials available with tips on how to give substance to this, including mind games and mindful audio fragments, as well as a webinar for your employees on dealing with work pressure in collaboration with Wouter de Jong, the author of MindGym.

This guided meditation, combined with the Masterminders artwork by Irene Hoff, increases your awareness. By learning to look at art in a different way, you access your creativity and feelings more easily. Art often speaks directly to your imagination without too much mediation from the intellect and resonates immediately. It stimulates the senses. This can be liberating.

HUSH HOUR
HUSH HOUR is a venture for purpose that gives people concrete tools.
to put self-care into practice.
We do this by inspiring and activating people in various ways, and with various partners, to devote time and attention to themselves. The legal form of social enterprise does not (yet) exist in the Netherlands. That is why the HUSH HOUR BRAND consists of a HUSH HOUR BV and a HUSH HOUR FOUNDATION.
The foundation launches projects and awareness campaigns to put the theme of Mental Health, and the resulting topic of 'self-care' as prevention, on the agenda. On the agenda of companies, individuals, and politicians. Within three years, we aim to inspire 1,000,000 people to invest 1 hour a day in themselves.
The goal of the foundation is to create a positive and safe environment surrounding the theme of Mental Health. Through our collaboration with various organizations and experts, we can tailor our advice and projects to different target groups and connect people with a wide range of self-care options. The projects are fully funded by the Foundation. To finance this, we currently receive support from several funds. We aim to become fully self-sufficient within a few years so that the Foundation can fully exist and expand through income from the intermediary services of HUSH HOUR BV.
HUSH HOUR FOUNDATION. We are a transparent organization and use this information to show that buying on this platform contributes to self-care as a building block of society.
This is the place where ideas are born, where people enjoy exchanging knowledge or are eager to get to work. The monotony of work no longer exists.
Man is a social being, and the main reason that the majority of employees returned to the side
As a result, the social aspect changes for those who want to.
By setting up your office as a meeting place, you prepare yourself and your company for the future of hybrid working.
Working from home: pros and cons
Office users miss togetherness: seeing and speaking to colleagues and collaborating on specific tasks. But a change of environment also plays an important role: when you work from home, you are continuously in the same environment, both professionally and personally. The combination of working from home and in the office, hybrid working, is the future.
The office is becoming a place where colleagues come together.
In this model, the office will no longer function purely as a workplace. It will become a place where colleagues can come together, collaborate, meet, and socialize, and it will need to be designed accordingly. To facilitate the various aspects of hybrid working, in addition to fixed desks for employees working in the office that day, you also need open spaces to encourage social interaction, brainstorming areas and meeting rooms for collaboration and consultation, and round tables and lounge corners for informal meetings or socializing. Therefore, a combination of private offices, meeting rooms, and open spaces with flexible workspaces is required. This allows your employees to decide for themselves where they work on the day they are in the office and to get the most out of that day. And if you want to do it really well, you will, of course, also set up a bar for Friday afternoon drinks.
No employer benefits from an employee being dissatisfied with their workspace or becoming isolated at home, as this only comes at the expense of productivity. It is therefore worthwhile to take a critical look at your current office layout and make changes if necessary. Because a hybrid setup allows your employees to fully determine how and where they work during their day at the office, their satisfaction—and consequently their productivity and efficiency—will be higher. This will also improve the working atmosphere and strengthen the company culture, which in turn results in lower absenteeism.
Maximizing office space
A hybrid office layout also offers opportunities for savings: it is no longer necessary to provide a desk for every employee, meaning you ultimately need fewer square meters. You can make maximum use of the space that remains: you can easily transform an empty corner into a coffee nook or a cozy spot for informal meetings with a few sofas and a lounge bench.
Get started with your office space
Ensure a combination of workspaces, from private offices to lounge areas, so that all forms of work are facilitated, but above all, the social aspect of working is encouraged. Need help? With HUSH HOUR, she wants to contribute to a more caring world; that is her passion, it gives her energy. She believes that if you “take good care” of yourself and each other, we are happier, healthier, and more resilient to stress. Ultimately, this allows for the creation of a caring society. Professionally, she has made a transition in recent years from commercial activity to social engagement. For this, she won the Meaningful Profit Award in 2011. For although her strength lies in persuading, connecting, activating, and inspiring organizations, applying her talents solely to commerce did not provide the satisfaction she sought. HUSH Spot:

WHY PARTICIPATE?
1.3 million Dutch people suffer from burnout symptoms as a result of work stress.
For most people, work is a major part of their lives. It is therefore important that employees feel good about themselves; unfortunately, this is not always the case. Staff being unable to work due to burnout costs you as an employer around 300 euros per day and easily 80,000 euros per employee. According to TNO, this costs the Dutch business sector 3.1 billion euros annually.
Making a social impact together by helping people work on their own well-being.
Art is beautiful, but it inspires, helps express your identity, and improves health. Furthermore, in this way, you reach all levels within the organization in an accessible and simple manner.
Hybrid working is the future
In addition to inspiring and motivating your employees, you create a beautiful work environment and reception area for guests. Due to the coronavirus, the world has become acquainted with working from home. Many organizations are gradually transitioning to a combination of working from home and in the office, in other words: hybrid working. In concrete terms, this means that the function of the office has changed from a workplace to a meeting place. People feel at home in a work environment that encourages a positive experience. The feeling of being at home in your workplace is an experience of wellbeing. A hybrid office leads to higher productivity and lower absenteeism, higher labor productivity, and a better work atmosphere. In this way, you invest in fitter and more motivated employees.

An open mind eliminates misunderstanding! Do you prioritize your employees' mental balance?
we help you with
Open Mind is an independent foundation that realizes its projects concerning vulnerable groups in our society and brings them to the attention of the general public, without structural government support or other structural funding. Open Mind brings these people into the spotlight in a special way and gives them a face and a voice by realizing artistic projects and telling relevant stories in public spaces.
Why?
Open Mind is a small non-profit foundation and is therefore dependent on the generosity and donations of third parties. Our foundation has Cultural ANBI status (Public Benefit Institution), and therefore donations are tax-deductible. With the 'new' Gift Act, donating is even more advantageous.
A donation to an ANBI designated as a cultural institution will temporarily yield an additional tax benefit for income tax purposes. Specifically, an income tax payer may claim 1.25 times the amount of the donation for the donation deduction. This additional deduction applies to a maximum of €5,000 of donations made to cultural institutions. This additional donation deduction can be claimed for the first time with the tax return for the 2012 tax year. The return is filed in the following year.
The result is that anyone who donates 100 euros to a cultural institution can deduct 125 euros. Moreover, a maximum of 1,250 euros applies. The tax benefits remain limited to donations of a maximum of 5,000 euros.

Why sponsor?
One in four young people struggles with mental health issues. Surely this cannot continue? You read everywhere that attention must be paid to the physical health of young people. Many companies therefore choose to support sports clubs because they want to invest in the future of young people. As a company, it is important to distinguish yourself from others and show that you care about the world. When you truly want to offer young people a chance, it goes much further than just physical health. At Braive, we address multiple aspects, and particularly those of mental health, to ensure that young people actually envision a future for themselves and learn to create one. By sponsoring Braive, both worlds come together perfectly.
Monetary sponsorship
With a financial sponsorship, your company can contribute to our goal of helping as many young people as possible. With these funds, we can organize mental health weekenders, run our prevention programs, and coach more young people. There are various ways to sponsor with money:
- Become a partner of Braive: By becoming a donor, you can donate a specific amount per month to contribute to our goals. You decide for yourself how long and how much you want to donate. Click here to become a donor.
- Donate a portion of the revenue: You can choose to donate a portion of the revenue. Together, we can determine the size of this portion and the period. Click here to discuss the possibilities.
- Donate a one-time amount: We are also helped by a one-time amount. Click here to donate an amount of your choice.
Sponsorship in kind
At Braive, we appreciate any help or support you can offer. This can be in the form of money, but also in support and materials. Think, for example, of locations for our mental health weekenders, help with marketing and media communications to reach as many young people as possible, or products for our programs. See below for an overview of in-kind sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsorship in the form of a location To help young people develop themselves and learn to take ownership of their mental health, we organize Braive Mental Health weekenders. These are mini retreat programs consisting of an educational and interactive program focused on connection and learning more about mental health. For these weekenders, we are always looking for nice locations with a capacity of 20-25 people. Think of a beautiful location in a quiet spot in nature. However, this could also be a nice office building or conference venue that is not in use during the weekend. Do you have a similar location and would you like to support us? Then click here (maybe send a link to an email right away or something? Let's see what works best.)
Sponsorship as Support Services At Braive, we want to reach as many young people as possible with our important message. Unfortunately, budgets for major marketing efforts and campaigns are often lacking. Do you also want all young people to know who to turn to when they want to learn more about mental health? Then offer your services as sponsorship. This can involve anything from developing campaigns and making your channels/advertising space available to advising on PR and communication. Everything is welcome! Do you think your company can make a contribution? Contact us at hello@braive.one
Sponsorship of materials Organizing our school programs and weekenders involves a lot. For example, many materials are needed for execution, and costs can also add up during the promotion of these events. You can help us with that! Here you will find a list of items that your company could sponsor:
- Office supplies such as Post-its, stationery, envelopes, pens, notebooks, and thick markers.
- Promotional materials such as: posters, pens, flyers, etc.
- Drinks for the weekenders such as: (nutritious) snacks, lunch, lemonade and tea.
- VVV vouchers and thank-you gifts for our volunteers
- Benodigdheden voor het programma:
- 25 yoga mats
- 25 blankets
- 25 sleep masks 25 (silent disco) headphones
Besides wanting to strengthen you, we also want to pamper you, and we do this with the Hotel at Home service. So that you have time left for the fun things.
HUSH Giving Network (check ons connecting chapter)
And did you know that we also give away Hush Camp sessions to people who can't call for them but still need support? We do this at schools and cool locations, as well as in the community center.
Through art and … we initiate a conversation about mental health and encourage breaking patterns that stand in the way of a healthy and happy life.
We could use help with this.
- We want to collect personal self-care hours for our supporters who need support but lack the means. Hours in the form of coaching and therapy sessions, to gift cards for wellness, to flowers.
- You can sponsor a HUSH Camp
- May we borrow your location for a morning or a day?
- You can sponsor a healthy breakfast or lunch for ten people.
- You can make a service or product available so that we can match it to someone who needs it or share it with our partner Quit.
FEEL WELL, DO WELL.
"Totemly Me" advocates for (or actually against) mental poverty. We define the concept of “mental poverty” in two ways. On the one hand, we want to break the taboo surrounding mental health among employees of organizations by making it open for discussion, so that understanding is created for oneself and for one another. On the other hand, poverty and mental health problems literally reinforce each other. That is why we want to stand up for people living in poverty.
You commit to the well-being and mental health of your employees. In this way, you invest in: fitter employees, higher productivity, a better work atmosphere, reduced absenteeism, and motivated employees.

For most people, work is a major part of their lives. It is therefore important that employees feel comfortable in their own skin; unfortunately, this is not always the case. There are many people who have ended up in a stressful situation in one way or another. This can range from "not feeling comfortable in your own skin" and being highly sensitive, to depression, burnout, bore-out, dealing with mental limitations, anxiety, loneliness, menopausal symptoms, trauma, grief processing, and relationship problems. Research shows that half of the population has experienced at least one significant childhood event. Consequences include depression, addiction issues, tension-related complaints, and difficulty forming social connections.
- More than 40 percent of the Dutch population have experienced mental health issues at some point.
- 1.3 million Dutch people suffer from burnout symptoms as a result of work stress.
The outbreak of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and all the measures that have been announced are impacting the mental health of almost everyone. In addition to preventing various diseases, significant health gains can be achieved through a healthy lifestyle. Awareness and the transformation from illness and care to health and behavior are necessary more than ever.
The coronavirus has introduced the world to working from home. Many employers and employees have experienced both the advantages and disadvantages and are gradually transitioning to a combination of working from home and in the office, in other words: hybrid working. As a result, the function of the office is changing from a workplace to a meeting place.
Working from home: pros and cons
Although working from home really took some getting used to at the beginning of the corona crisis, more and more employees are experiencing the benefits of working from home. In addition to saving on travel time and the ability to organize their own day – including picking up the children from school themselves – they also experience higher productivity from home. Despite these advantages, one major disadvantage remains: working from home is a solitary activity.
Working from home and at the office is the future
Humans are social beings, and the main reason the majority of employees want to return to the office is the social aspect. Office users miss being together: seeing and speaking to colleagues and collaborating on certain tasks. But a change of environment also plays an important role: when you work from home, you are continuously in the same environment, both professionally and privately.
Feel Well
Under the motto 'paying attention to your mental health should become just as normal as brushing your teeth every day,' we encourage investing in me-time. To stay physically healthy, exercise is a regular part of many people's lives. For our mental health, we will also need to incorporate a daily routine.
Do Well
The proceeds from this project are used to fund a free, validated training program for people who need mental support. In this way, HUSH HOUR helps these people become more resilient. Entrenched patterns are broken and transformed into healthy and effective routines.

Do you also consider your employees' mental health important?
Totemly Me powered by
HUSH HOUR
HUSH HOUR is a venture for purpose that gives people concrete tools to put self-care into practice. We do this by inspiring and activating people in various ways, and with various partners, to devote time and attention to themselves. addition #breakthrough.
Every week, one teenager in the Netherlands dies by suicide. Waiting lists for regular care are often enormous. The number of Dutch teenagers who are mentally abused is growing rapidly, and some teenagers experience so much pressure that they face a very mature problem: burnout. It is high time to intervene. That is why HUSH HOUR produces #breakthrough workshops in collaboration with Voltooid Herstelde Tijd. The workshops consist of a series of creative sessions in which participants tell their story and indicate what they need. We learn to recognize hindering patterns and provide strategies to help change them. The emphasis of the workshops lies on resilience, self-direction, and the individual's own adaptability. The workshop is validated and has been well received not only in the Netherlands but also in Spain, Sweden, Germany, and England.

HUSH SPOTS
This project encourages the creation of “silence & charging zones” in public spaces.
It is important to spend time on yourself in a quiet setting. The idea is that at a HUSH Spot, you are not distracted by other people's conversations. To read quietly, take a power nap, or work on a laptop in silence. During such a moment of rest, you can recharge, and from there, hopefully, you can find some space to
to work on your health and development. Materials are available at these locations with tips on how to give substance to this.
The quiet zones can be recognized by the silence sign featuring the Hush logo. In the era of "Hybrid workplaces," it is high time to take a critical look at your current office layout and make changes where possible. This will also enhance the working atmosphere and strengthen the company culture, which in turn results in lower absenteeism. Maximize your office space with a HUSH SPOT!

WORKSHOPS
The Mindful Art Workshop is designed to make a positive contribution to the conversation about mental health. By taking the workshop, we inspire participants to develop further and connect with themselves and with each other. The emphasis of the workshop lies on full awareness and the adaptability of the individual. Participants learn these skills through artistic assignments combined with a mindfulness session and a meditation video. We believe that this contributes to the development of confident, resilient, conscious, and engaged people who are increasingly able to live with full attention. Research shows that mindfulness helps with stress, anxiety, tension, sleep problems, and depressive symptoms. However, even if you do not have specific complaints, it can have a positive influence on your life.
If you value your employees, join our partnership with forward-thinking companies that view their employees' well-being as their greatest asset and prioritize it. Join us in raising awareness for mental health. Act fast and reserve your spot for the traveling exhibition, including the Mental Health Art Toolkit for your employees. This way, you too can inspire your employees and take a preventative approach. Take responsibility for the well-being and mental health of your employees. Help give this awesome project wings! SILENCE & CHARGING STATIONS
This project encourages the creation of “silence & recharge zones” in public spaces and awareness among clients.
During a busy workday, it is important to create a moment of rest for employees in a quiet setting. The idea is that in this spot, you are not distracted by other people's conversations. It serves as a place to read quietly, take a power nap or silence exercise, or work on a laptop. During such a moment, your employees can recharge and find the space to work on their health and personal development.
For these locations, we make "Recharge starter packs" available with tips and materials on how to give substance to this, including 21 mindful audio fragments.
The accompanying personal stories of the first series of portraits of ten people can be listened to and viewed via the link of the Museum of the Mind in Haarlem.

Are you coming to see the Mental Health Art Tour?
The Mental Health Art Tour is a traveling exhibition that can be seen and experienced on Jan van Galenstraat starting April 22. And on the Amstel around mid-May; more information will follow. Through impressive portraits, the exhibition tells the stories of a number of well-known Dutch people about their mental health.
The accompanying personal stories of the first series of portraits of ten people can be listened to and viewed via the link of the Museum of the Mind in Haarlem.
Take the time occasionally to reflect on your mental health. When you are aware of how you are doing, you also have a better understanding of the areas where you would like to develop further or need help, for example when experiencing work pressure or stress, or going through a major life event.
Where can you find the exhibition?
The exhibition can be viewed and listened to starting Monday, April 22 on Jan van Galenstraat:
- 2nd floor, near the elevator, plaza by the large white table on the right: 4 artworks
- 3rd floor, a little further from the elevator, near 'Paris', by 3 white tables & tribune: 3 artworks
- 5th floor, near the elevator, plaza corner on the right: 3 artworks
Information about the location on the Amstel from mid-May will follow. The exhibition will be on view for a few months before traveling to other WPI locations. For each artwork, scanning a QR code will tell you the story of the person.
You can do the tour alone, but also with a colleague or with (part of) your team. Take a break during your work or on your break.
WPI Vitality Program
With this exhibition, we are adding another addition to WPI's vitality offerings. We hope to encourage you to make use of these services to increase your vitality and take care of your mental health and energy balance. We previously shared that a massage chair and a Mindfulnest are at your disposal. The offerings are still being expanded. Follow this WPI vitality page here on Tamtam. You can also find the Mental Health Card here. And keep an eye on the WPI intranet!

Mental health Art Tour Connected with
Resilient stories
Through personal, resilient stories from well-known and unknown Dutch people, we will open eyes to mental poverty and make this a topic of discussion within schools and organizations. We are doing this in the form of a collection of stories and an accompanying exhibition of hand-painted, expressive artworks. Via a QR code next to each portrait, you can listen to the personal interview or read the story in the collection.
Errand
The stories have diverse perspectives, different problems, impact on various areas of life, and diverse solutions and backgrounds. Each story has “a message” for society and the individual: how they uniquely shape their lives despite a traumatic event. In addition to sharing ideals and ambitions through the stories, we also inspire with a number of recipes for a “mentally healthy” life.
Reach
In one year, with the help of at least 50 partners, we will inspire 1 million people to lead a mentally healthier and more positive life. "The Mental Health Art Tour" will travel to at least 100 organizations, schools, and public spaces.
This project encourages the creation of “silence & recharge zones” in public spaces and awareness among clients.

The Mindful ART BAG
With the "Mindful Art" gift bag, we offer the opportunity to introduce clients and employees to art and wellbeing in a playful way. The contents of this bag include, among other things, Mindful Art games.
innercompas kaarten om zelf aan de slag te gaan, kunst kaarten van Irene Hoff en mindful audio en meditaties om je mind te boosten.
The proceeds from this beautiful bag will be used to fund a free, validated program for young people who need mental support, and to make the Mental Health Art Tour through the peels possible.
