After personal challenges, such as his parents' divorce, Wouter went into therapy and learned to understand his brain better. He explored various techniques to positively influence his mind and decided to make this his profession, teaching others 'mental exercise'. Wouter believes that a healthy world begins with a healthy mind and wants to contribute to a better world for his daughter and her peers.

Art Tour
The Mental Health Art Tour is a traveling exhibition that can be seen and experienced on Jan van Galenstraat starting April 22. And on the Amstel around mid-May; more information will follow. Through impressive portraits, the exhibition tells the stories of a number of well-known Dutch people regarding their mental health. Mental health is about being resilient and feeling strong, being able to adapt, setting boundaries, and taking control of your own life.
