Robert Bridegeman
Listen here to the audio clip of Robert Bridgeman, portrayed by artist Irene Hoff, part of the Mental Health Art Tour. Subject: Turning course and
"Conscious living."
Due to personal circumstances, Robert Bridgeman found his way to a more conscious and spiritual life. In a short time, he transformed from an unhappy man who smoked and drank too much into a friendly, inspiring, and athletic person. His rapid and profound change surprised both himself and those around him. Robert believes that "every human being is the Universe in a temporary form." According to him, the awareness of the transience of life helps to overcome addictions and fears and to live more consciously. He decided to help others on their path to a more conscious and happier life.
