Dylan Haegens (26) is one of the most famous YouTubers in the Netherlands, with more than a million followers. His humorous top ten videos are popular with both young people and parents. Despite his success, Dylan suffered from panic attacks. After numerous medical examinations, he discovered that his symptoms were psychological. He overcame his fears by being open, seeking help and undergoing therapy.

The Mental Health Art Tour is a traveling exhibition that can be seen and experienced on Jan van Galenstraat starting April 22. And on the Amstel around mid-May; more information will follow. Through impressive portraits, the exhibition tells the stories of a number of well-known Dutch people regarding their mental health. Mental health is about being resilient and feeling strong, being able to adapt, setting boundaries, and taking control of your own life.
